I am drinking chamomile right now getting ready for bed. Did 2 hours of exercise in house so liquids fit the need quite well. Challenge is helpful to keep an eye on the food intake. Not good for me to eat late at night, I have reflux now and that burns my lower throat. I get a bad cough strangely enough if I allow myself to get acid reflux. So, NO food late at night... just tisanes.
