Get Creative

Guidelines:
Add sliced fruit, sliced cucumber or mint to your water for a change. Muddling the ingredients or allowing them to set in a pitcher in the fridge ovenight, will help infuse the flavor.

Find a Tea you Love

Guidelines:
Try a few different hot or iced teas even if they end up not being for you. I highly recommend Tea Republic's "Get Gorgeous" red roobois tea. It's naturally caffeine free.
