For the ladies out there--I recently discovered a fantastic magazine called Oxygen. It's all about fitness and "clean" eating--I don't usually like so-called health foods but this magazine has a ton of great healthy recipes that are actually really tasty. I've made a couple of recipes from there and so far, they have been delicious.
They also have new exercises so it keeps my work outs fresh--and the models in there are beyond fantastic to have a visual role model to aspire towards. Just thought I'd share--I just subscribed today, I liked it so much from the copies someone left in the break room.
