Challenge Forum: Wine instead of ice cream

When I'm craving sweets at night I've found about 4 oz of red or white wine does the trick. There's no fat, and the small amount of carbs gets rid of my sweet tooth. Plus lasts way longer than the bowl of ice cream I would have shoved in my face.
However, any more than 4 oz ruins my sleep.

love the idea, thanks! I passed it on to a coworker today who also suffers from night munchies. I agree, lasts way longer than ice cream
