I added new 12 weeks mini-challenge:

Drink about 3-4 glasses of water everyday (coffee and tea does not count)

Guidelines: It's recommended to drink up to 64 oz's (2 litres) of water everyday to boost your metabolism and loose weight faster. Coffee and tea does not count. For me it's hard to drink as much regular water. So I lowered the limit so it would be easily reached by you all. But for those who can drink 6-8 glasses a day, please do!

Ok guys, submitting challenge progress is due tomorrow 28th of Jan. Personally for me, it's comfortable to record my progress on a Sunday evening.
Anyway let's share with each other, today or tomorrow, how well we did on the first week of this challenge!
