My activities: Bike to work now and then. Walk to nearby stores. Dance zumba wii occasionally. Lift weights occasionally during the weekends. Cook meals. Carry my baby. Eat during breaks, bike during lunches. So far so good! Need to make better food selections, which I started doing yesterday. I feel much better and strengthened! Smile

Good job, flaca01!

As for me, I work out in gym 2-3 times a week. I do cardio, light weight lifting and stretching, all of this for about an hour. Also I walk everyday more than for a half an hour. I have voiсe lessons couple of times a week, that's energy consuming too Smile
We can do this!
