Guidelines
Pick out one item in your cupboards that you really shouldn't eat at all. Make a little ritual for yourselve and throw away that food. I know throwing away food is a shame, and should not be done, but unless you know someone really skinny that could use that particular food, you should really do yourselve a favour and throw it out!
