Firstly, great job everyone!! I hope you've all enjoyed the first week with some good results Very Happy I've noticed in the comments that some of you have put 'failed' in the cutting down/out take aways, sweets, chocolate and crisps. just remember, you don't have to have cut it all out to have succeeded!! as long as you've cut down, you've still passed (it is incredibly hard to give up everything you enjoy in one go. the easier thing to do - for some people - is to cut down gradually). Also vitamins!! one multivitamin a day, and if you keep them somewhere you'll see them (next to the kettle or your toothbrush ect) then you'll remember to take one everyday. If anyone has any questions about the challenge, post them here, or if you just want to brag about how well your first weeks gone that's good too Wink
first day of week two now, we can all do this, and shed those lbs ready for summer!!

I didn't lose as much as i would have liked- but some loss is better than no loss!!! Thanks for the encouragement!!!
