good, I'm glad that your able to use this too, and hopefully it'll work out great for you!!
I use the app on my phone to keep a record on what I'm eating and exercise. food wise, this is my routine
breakfast - special k, 1 cup of coffee (milk no sugar) 2 cups of green tea with lemon, and water/high juice till lunch.
lunch - weight watchers soup, wholemeal pitta bread (for dunking) special k cracker crisps, banana, special k or go ahead bar type thing (sweet healthy bar thing) plenty of water/high juice till dinner. if peckish, a piece of fruit or another healthy bar between lunch and dinner.
dinner - meat (usually chicken or pork something) big salad (my salad rocks lol!! it's leaves, spring onions, cucumber, cherry toms, apple, satsuma, red grapes and plain cashew nuts with a tiny drizzle of less fat honey and mustard dressing) or big portion of veggies, and baked sweet potato. or fresh meat pasta with dolmio carbonara sauce and a side salad. or rosemary coloney's pork and pepper stir fry (marinade - 4tablespoons honey, 4tablespoons soy sauce, 2 crushed garlic cloves, 1 sliced red chilli. cut pork -we use loins- into 1cm width strips and leave in marinade over night for best results.
cooking, separate marinade from pork. heat wok and brown off pork. then put in sliced peppers -1 yellow, 1 red- and sliced spring onions -12- and add marinade. we share this between 2 of us)
basically just stay away from chips, roasties, ect. and have a low fat yoghurt after and a cup of lemon green tea. again, water/high juice for the evening and an options hot choc before bed
my biggest challenge is the junk snacking and evening eating, but I'm managing to stay positive with the lbs coming down each week and staying away!! I'm just over a day from doing this for 5weeks (had the odd cupcake or muffin though lol) and in 4weeks I've lost 8lbs, so breaking my habit and improving my eating is paying off (I still lost a few lbs one week with no exercise)
