fingers crossed having the 3 meals a day will fill you up more, so you won't want to munch as much (I never ate breakfast before or a proper lunch, would always just pick at whatever was there in the cupboards of fridge. but now I'm content with breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner) it's still a bit of a challenge at night. after the boys are in bed, my routine was to sit and eat chocolate lol. keeping busy one way or another is helping with that, I just have to restrain myself from going through the cupboards. just say to myself, I'm not hungry. I don't need this. then get a drink instead!! sometimes, you can mistake thirt for hunger. drinking more will certainly help
