Hello all. I am joining this challenge to give me an extra push in regard to incorporating exercise into my day. I don't intend on giving up chocolate, though.

I keep some Hershey's Dark Chocolate at home at all times. Four pieces has 180 cals, 14g fat, 21g carbs, 4g fiber, & 3g protein. I have 1-4 pieces almost every day. Even when I'm not craving sweets I still work a piece or two into my daily caloric limit. I have found that regularly having something sweet, even when I'm not craving it, curbs my cravings for sweets in general and keeps me from bingeing.
If you know the why you can endure any how.
Live your life in the body you have now. Accept yourself the way you are now. Accepting yourself doesn't mean you can't try to improve, but beating yourself up or putting off your life until you get thinner isn't going to help. All we have is the present.
