I've been doing this self challenge for nearly 2 weeks, (will be 3weeks when the challenge starts) and thought that others might like to join me in my quest to be a 'skinny Minnie'!! Would be awesome to see some before and after pics to see if this makes a difference for you like it seems to be for me (lost 4lbs in the first week!)
Let's keep eachother motivated and get a happier summer body Cool

nearly 100 members taking part in this challenge!! I can't believe it!! thank you all so much for joining (this is the first challenge I've set up) and I hope you all get some fantastic results!! Very Happy

Happy pancake day everyone!! I realise that this week to start the challenge wasn't the best plan, having both pancake day and valentines to tackle!! so, who's having what on their pancakes today?? my usual is nuttella and banana or marshmallows, but this will not be possible today :'( curse you diet!! lol. so instead I'm thinking lots of berries, maybe I little drizzle of maple syrup. suggestions??

Happy valentines day!! Again, another difficult day!! we're having ribeye, sweet potato wedgies, corn on the cob and coleslaw for dinner (butternut squash and parsnip homemade soup for starter) and banana and chocolate puddings. this will be my one and only chocolate cheat day (for the pudding) in my 8week challenge. what's everyone else having??
