Mini Challenge Results
Use that old tredmill or stair stepper.
Guidelines
It doesn't matter what speed you do all that matters is you do it. Place the stair stepper or tredmill in front of the T.V. You can watch the T.V. and work out at the same time.

Use your weights!
Guidelines
I know you have weights at home and now is the time to use them! Use them when you walk or just here and there. It doesn't matter how much you lift it's the repetitions that count. Start out with 5-10 pounds and just boost the reps when that gets easy.

Guidelines
Everyone says that when you get tired and start sweating is the time you start loosing weight. So when you're tired instead of sitting down to rest, just switch your exercise. If you've been walking on the tredmill, switch to cleaning your house without stopping. The longer you're in motion the more weight you will loose.
