Guidelines:
EAT!! You should be somewhere between 80% and 100% of your calculated RDI at the end of the day, otherwise it's not healthy anymore! Do not eat less..

Guidelines:
If you realize that your Net kcal is too big, don't stop eating. Instead, start doing some exercise. Don't try to get to -1000 just through changing your diet. It is not healthy!

Don't be anal

Guidelines:
Treat yourself! If you want a bar of chocolate, have it. If you are at 100% of your RDI at the end of the day, but are still hungry, eat. But make up for it the next day. Just think about the bigger picture: Average -1000kcal Net per day and you will succeed. Best of luck!
