Sometimes the scale doesn't tell the truth and it can get us down. But during those times, photos and measurements can really clear things up.

If you haven't already, take your measurements and a before photo. I will be updating my measurements every two weeks and will share a new photo at the end of the challenge.

If you can update your original post instead of adding new ones, it would be great.

I didn't have many photos of myself, and I lost what few I had in a computer crash. This first one was taken about 4 years ago, before I lost any weight. My weight was probably 200+ pounds in this photo. My maximum weight was about 10 months later, at 215.



I took this one today. I am fitting into size 12 jeans a little tight. My measurements are 41-30.5-39.

Started on Oct 1, 2012.. Didn't take pictures nor did I take measurements.

3 months later and 29 pounds lost I am posting my measurements I have a couple pictures posted will update soon...
