LOW CARB 1 2 3 CHALLENGE

I havent been able to post to the challenge in 3 days, Ive submitted 6 error reports & emailed fat secret who replied that they have no idea & did not offer any other assistance, so I am at a loss.

Kim, you might try logging in through the UK or Aussie site. Sometimes, that would work for me when I was having the same issue. Your login info will be the same. I also submitted numerous error reports and they finally got it fixed in about 10 days. Hopefully it won't take that long for you, though. It is indeed very frustrating.

I get the same errors all the time. I have tried other sites - still get the errors. I participate, you just will not see me checking in

ds1960, make sure you report it every time you get the error. Or maybe even do that AND contact them here: http://fatsecret.com/Default.aspx?pa=cu .. that's what I did, and it was fixed in a few days. I think maybe they got tired of hearing from me.. lol

'Hi I am a member of Fat Secret my user name is tenkilos. Every time I try to weigh in or report on my challenge I get an error message, my weight changes but everything I type in the reports does not come up on the site. I am not the only one this is happening to, there are lots of messages about it. Please can you address this problem?
