Guidelines:
this week is last week, you hopfully have made changes, take time to tone this week or even apply firming moisturizer really helps after you have had a bath or shower! ALWAYS apply pulling up wards NOT dragging skin down wards :-) take time for yourself your worth it!

I struggle to drink enough fluids
thats good :) I struggle too, ESP in work, but I find its a brilliant like detox for the body which lends to weight loss :) so I just try and push myself to do it. it gets easier
