Walk, Run, Jump, Play! Have fun with exercise - 30 minutes a day!!

Guidelines:
It doesn't have to be dull but it does have to be 30 minutes a day. Frisbee in the park, take a stroll along the water, ride a bike, wash the car or go shopping! Just remember to have fun doing it!
