Guidelines:
Add 3 things into your diet each day that comes from mother nature. Walk/run/dance - do anything that gets you moving for at least 15 minutes a day. Drink water throughout the day to keep yourself hydrated.

Step it up - increase your amount of physical activity to at least 30 minutes a day. Keep drinking that H2O. You're half way there!

Ok, this is Week 3. Get outside, work in your garden, go on a walk after dinner...just keep on moving and don't forget to swing those arms! Remember to stay hydrated.

Guidelines:
This is your last week before the final weigh in. Think of creative ways to increase your physical activity. Go on long brisk walks/light jogs during your lunch break and after dinner. Continue to eat healthy and stay active. You'll be ecstatic when you step on that scale on June 1st & your body will thank you!
