Drink lots and lots of water!

Guidelines
Drink only water. No soda or juices of any sorts. If you have to add some taste to your water add lemon slices or a bit of lime juice. Do not use the artificial Sweetners they contain too much sugar! We will be staying away from sweets and junk food during this challenge.

Mini Challenge Results

NO FAST FOOD

Guidelines
Fast food is absolutely bad for you especially anything that is from the dollar menu. I know eating healthy can be more expensive, but in the long run its worth it for you and your health. If you absolutely have to go to a fast food place order a salad and take the croutons and cheese out. Dont use all the dressing. NO FAST FOOD. Pack your lunch if you have to.

Mini Challenge Results

Exercise at least 1-2 hours a day

Guidelines
For some of you I know it can be difficult to make time to exercise for 1-2 hours some days but as long as you can get 30 min its ok. For me I am pushing myself to 1-2 hours a day for 5 days out of the week and 30 minutes the other two days. Any type of physical activity will count: running, walking, hiking, playing a sport,, a work out video etc.
