Mini-Challenge - Drink lots and lots of water!


 

Guidelines

Drink only water. No soda or juices of any sorts. If you have to add some taste to your water add lemon slices or a bit of lime juice. Do not use the artificial Sweetners they contain too much sugar! We will be staying away from sweets and junk food during this challenge.
