I would love to achieve that but it sounds impossible.

Any suggestions/advice ?

Hi ApekshaJ. Yes, it may well be impossible for some to achieve the full 25lbs, but I think the general feeling of wellbeing will be worth the try. It's also about seeing it more as a lifestyle challenge than a diet for weight loss...who knows, we might be so enjoying the way we feel that by the end of the 9 weeks we will want to carry on into the new year. 25 pounds is feasible for some because they may have more to lose than others. If you adhere to a chosen diet...I am on low carb (Atkins) can be done. It is easier with regular aerobic exercise 30 minutes 5 days a week. What that means is that your 'huffing' a little when you walk for 20+ minutes. On the Atkin's eat under 20 net carbs each day.
