Replace One Activity With An Exercise for 20 minutes!

Guidelines:
Whatever it is, checking Facebook, playing video games, watching TV... Take 20 minutes that you would spend doing that, and run in place, do some crunches, jumping jacks, whatever to get yourself moving! Try to do it every day!!

Drink Water for Goodness Sake!

Guidelines:
A lot of people don't drink enough water. If you are starting to exercise more, get yourself a bottle to fill with water, and drink it after your exercise! You'll need it! Try to drink 4 (16 oz or so) bottles a day!

Guidelines:
Don't go overboard.. If you can't lift 100lbs, don't try for it! Instead, make it attainable in a week! Have you ever swam a full mile? Jogged one? Walked it? Done 10 push ups? If you are in great shape, then make it harder! Only you know what you want to do! And you can do it!!
