Guidelines:
Driving your car does not count ;) Go for a jog or bike ride. Walk your dog. Play street hockey. Whatever activity you choose, try not to be sitting down. Exercising outside is a great way to blow off steam and feel wonderful all day.

Walking.......brrrrrr!
cold outside, but walked 2.8 total miles, 1.5 of those miles was moderate pace for 30 minutes.....feel good just cold.....hope everyone is having a great day...
