Guidelines:
Focus on aerobic exercise this week. Do at least 45 minutes of heart-pumping exercise for a minimum of 5 days this week. The results will be worth it.

Avoid high sugar/high carb foods.

Guidelines:
Avoid sugary snacks and carb heavy meals. Focus on trimming out empty calories -- alcohol, donuts, potato chips -- you get the idea. Increasing water intake should help with this.

Guidelines:
45 minutes of cardio exercise on at least 5 days this week. Mix up your routine so you don't get bored. For an extra push -- try targeting your trouble areas (abs, arms, butt, etc).
