How does it work?
I have no idea but if you're a member of a gym/ have equipment I highly recommend using bodubuilding.com's workout database. It's really easy to ue and useful in the gym to keep you focused!

I won't be able to lose the full 20 lbs otherwise I'd be under weight. I've just hit a +
Plato as my weight Is remaining pretty much constant. It's probably because I've now started incorporating weight training again and I'm loving it but its frustrating to weigh myself! At least ...

Eat a nice breakfast, with lots of protein to avoid feeling hungry during the afternoon!
By personal experience I can tell you this works! and another advise from a friend: Have breakfast like a Queen, lunch like a princess and dinner like a beggar. Which means most of your calorie intake ...
