Guidelines:
Studies show that as little as ten minutes a day will help increase metabolism and enhance health. Of course, more is better if you can.

Guidelines:
Don't overdo it! Try a couple of dark chocolate kisses. A favorite brand is Dove although I am partial to Gharadelli dark chocolate chips. Limited yourself to one ounce. You can do it!

Guidelines:
Nothing chases the winter chill away like homemade soup. Dust off your crockpot then fill it with veggies, lean meat, and broth or tomato juice, seasonings. Pick up a loaf of fresh french bread on your way home and you've got dinner!
