Anyone else doing low carb?
helps me a lot to focus on keeping my daily sugars under 20grams. Pretty much has to come from fresh produce, no processed junk. Avoiding all gmo foods helps too.

Just starting out.
Thank you! I had to put that in my face because I was starting to do the typical "whoa is me, I'm not losing 5lbs a week". It was important to me to focus on what I have done.

Achieveable goal....right?..I mean ..right!!!
The exercise part is going to be hardest for me, but I've gained back 40 pounds since I had to drop curves for financial reasons. Maybe this challenge will help me get motivated?
