Trying to figure out this site. I really need to lose some weight so thought I would take on this challenge too.

I joined WW 5 weeks ago but not doing to go with it. Have only lost around 2 lbs. and that keeps going up and down every week.

I will need all the help I can from everyone.

Hi red! Are you writing your foods down? Change your foods if you find yourself eating the same things all the time. Your body gets bored with the same thing going in everyday. Let us know a typical day for you and I'm sure one of us will be able to give some pointers.
