Water intake has been very good! At least 2 liters per day but weekends seems to be a problem

What are you doing to lose weight?
Cut just 300-600 cals from your everyday routine...Have absolute faith you are going to loose weight...Keep whatever activity you do + add atleast 30 mins brisk walking. Weight loss even if doesn't ...
