BEFORE BEGINNING...

1) what team YOU are on [ either blue, red, or yellow ]

2) view your team mates

3) communicate / MOTIVATE your team members to stay positive to reach their goal



CHALLENGE GOALS:

1) Exercise/Work Out AT LEAST 4 times every week for AT LEAST 30 MINUTES

2) Pay attention to your CALORIE INTAKE... AKA select healthy foods rather than the fattening ones)

3) CUT OUT CAFFEINE... ADD WATER!

4) RECORD ALL FOOD and EXERCISE on FATSECRET

5) Stay positive and MOTIVATE YOUR TEAM MATES! Very Happy


OFF-LIMIT FOODS:

Chips of any kind
Caffeinated drinks
A lot of salad dressings
Candy and chocolate
Pizza
Pasta
Ice cream

I would add to your list white bread, white rice (both turn into sugar the minute they arrive in your belly!)...brown is the new "black"... Choose 100% whole wheat bread and brown or wild rice. Also, avoid high fructose corn syrup (read labels!!) and limit or cut out sugar. Since this challenge requires a weight loss of roughly 2 pounds a week diet is gonna play a big part in success! Good luck everyone!!!

When you say pasta, are you including whole wheat, which is the only kind we eat.
