yes yes yes....thanks! I didnt do so bad myself this weekend. It was hard cause I wanted to call the pizza place or go to the cupcake place but i held out.. :)

I heard u multiply by ten the weight ur trying to loose..like im trying to get down to 200 right now so i multiply that by 10 so my calorie intake is 2000. Let me know of other ways in case i need to ...
