I am not good at knowing what to eat.. what foods should I eat vs NOT eat...

lol...should we then embark on this challenge together? It'll be an" ALL PROTEIN" affair. No carbohydrates no sugar no milk. have you tried any diets in the past that has worked? are you looking to loose 10lbs in 4 weeks?
