......of course there's a plan...it's your own personal diet. In my case I'm following the Atkins diet plan, it's worked...it works...always has! It's induction for me! Who's with me...all protein! NO CARBS!

...lol...just 20 grams of carbs which we'll get from (greens) veggies!. NO SUGAR, NO MILK, NO BREADS, NO PASTAS NO RICE, ABSOLUTELY NO STARCHY FOODS!
