Everyone contact your buddy...your buddy is your person who doesn't know you or judge you. The only thing that counts is you are logging your food.

The LITTLE stuff counts.
Don't forget the little stuff. 1 Tablespoon mayo...enough to cover one slice of bread is anywhere from 60 to 100 calories. One sandwich a day/week 14 slices times 100 = 1400 calories which = 1/2 ...
