Drink LGW or LG in Green Tea every morning!

Guidelines:
How to make LGW & LGT. What you will need: 1 pot or microwavable cup 1 stainer 1 cup of water 1 tsp of Ginger (you can use ground or powdered) 1/2 Lemon (Make sure to clean before slicing) ----- Bring water to boil, (add tea now if you are making LGT), add ginger stir well. Squeeze lemon over strainer into cup/pot, mix, you may need to strain the mixture again. Then drink up. It will boost your metabolism, immune system, clear your skin and give you energy. ----- It is best to drink this when you first get up, no coffee or food until you drink it.
