Hi !! How is it going for you so far ? What kind of things are you doing to help your weight loss?

I calorie count and it actually makes me happy to know what is actually going into my food. I find this makes me alot more fresh food as I want low fat and low calories foods.

I also try and burn 300 cals when I go to the gym as a minimum because I can do this easily on the treadmill. I have already lost 20 lbs this way and feel great. I can't imagin how great i will feel when I reach my goal!

my weight loss is mostly water b/c I just moved to high altitude and body puffed up!

one word tho-fiber--beans and brown rice with hot sauce and lettuce for crunch-yum AND it fills me up.

Also sounds suspect but chopped raw broccoli, red cabbage and red onion with a little italian dressing and a tbsp of soy sauce is really delicious. to make it more filling, add a half cup of beans. it will stick to your ribs and keep you from becoming ravenous between meals.

if you eat it often, the um gas does lessen. thats all i have..
