This is the perfect challenge for me, I think its a really realistic goal in a realistic time. Can't wait for it to get started !!

This is great for me, too! It's my goal for myself and it coincides perfectly with my start date. I'm spending this week doing yoga and cardio to bring my body up to pace with more rigorous workouts! Goodbye baby weight! Just in time for our anniversary, too!

My goal is to lose 30-40 pounds by March 22. I have a Zena costume to wear to a festival..... I usually follow Atkins in the sense of hi fat, low carb ( from veggies) and higher protein. Is sustaining this amount of weight loss realistic? If we follow the food parameters and exercise, is this possible? Thoughts?

I like this challenge as well! I have been working out at least 5 days a week for the las couple of weeks - really ready to see some results. Going to try low carb too.Very Happy

I am just starting a diet,for the first time. I am hopeing that with using the recepies and the help from everyone on here that i can reach my goals. I would really love to just be the happy healty person I used to be.

How is everyone finding the week so far? I had some bad news and didnt exercise and ate badly all week but this will not discourage me from getting back to the challenge. I'm back on calorie counting and hitting the gym for a run after work.

Already a month into the new year... are you one step closer to making this you have confidence and a hot new body to go with it ??
