Every week plan your menus for the coming week. Plan meals loaded with veggies, fruit and lean meat. Get your shopping done. WASH and CUT up your veggies when you get home so they are ready to go. you are less likely to back away from your plan if there isn't as much work to do. Keep a bowl of washed fruit on your kitchen table for quick and easy snacks.
