WASH and CUT up your veggies when you get home so they are ready to go. you are less likely to back away from your plan if there isn't as much work to do. Keep a bowl of washed fruit on your kitchen table for quick and easy snacks.

Guidelines
Depriving yourself is just setting yourself up to fail. If you meet the other objectives of this challenge, pick a day out of the week that you can enjoy your favorite treat..ice cream, your favorite candy bar, dessert etc..
