So, how is week 2 coming along for you?

In all honesty, I'm down less than a pound but I am not being as strict with myself as I need to be. I am noticing that I have been rejecting junky food a bit more easily so that's helping but I really need to increase my water. I used to be so good at drinking water. I have been very caught up with drinking coffee... I'm a sipper not a gulper so my coffee sits for a long time on my desk. Anyway, I need to buy a small notebook and LOG IT IN.

So, how are you doing... good or not so good? If not so good do not fret, just get your mind right & get at it... we're only a week and half deep... 8+ more weeks to go!

I WILL lose 10 pounds by the end of this... it's not how you start the race it's all about how you FINISH!

i haven't been drinking enough water either. i'm much more of a coffee drinker myself so i really have to work on that. i've been exercising a lot but i keep eating too many calories ! (especially on days when biscuits or beer are in the house...) i think i'll probably lose about a pound by the end of two weeks. i know what i need to work on, though, so it's all about being accountable and taking action!
