Water... drink it up. No less than 64 oz. a day.

Guidelines:
Holidays just passed and I'm sure many of us have skimped on the water and splurged on the holiday lattes, egg nog & pepermint chocolate milk, etc. Now it's time to drink water... how much are you drinking? Carry a water bottle with you, refill as needed and keep a log of how much you're drinking a day. Do this for the rest of the 10 weeks... water is crucial.

Guidelines:
Start exercising. If you haven't been exercising start now. Walk, run in place, get on the treadmill, do something for at least 15 minutes 3 times this week. If you can go 30 minutes, do it! Next week, double it- 30 minutes 3 times a week.
