Weeks 1 to 10
Guidelines:
Holidays just passed and I'm sure many of us have skimped on the water and splurged on the holiday lattes, egg nog & pepermint chocolate milk, etc.
Now it's time to drink water... how much are you drinking? Carry a water bottle with you, refill as needed and keep a log of how much you're drinking a day. Do this for the rest of the 10 weeks... water is crucial.

Weeks 7 to 8
Guidelines:
I know it's week 7 but if you are behind about a pound or two keeping a journal of ALL the things that you eat will definitely help you see where you messed up & you have a chance to get back on track & make it to the finish line. At the end of the week take a good hard look at what you ate and see where you can cut bad food/drinks out.
