Guidelines:
If you get too full one day to finish a roll you may keep the left over pieces as a bonus on the next day....make sure to eat any bonus pieces around the same time you would have the day before

any 4oz piece of turkey or chicken breast prepared on the stove with limited olive oil

Guidelines:
\no extra fat, no rice or other carbs. just chicken/turkey breast seasoned as willed...soy sause is great * soy sauce is at this point a definite source of sodium but during this first session you will want what ever you can get to stomach chicken and turkey breast

Guidelines:
Less soy, more protien, a daily dose of carbs (about two pieces of wheat bread) Eat grilled chicken/turkey season until you feel full (eat slowly) You may still use soy to season but use less

20 lbs in 4 wks?
No offense, but eating less than 1200 calories at ANY age is sabbotage. You will not only not LOSE weight, you will GAIN it.
