I plan on becoming a vegetarian, but you don't have to. But what you do have to do is not eat past 1500 calories. No cheating!

Morning and night routine.
Guidelines:
Before you close your eyes for a nights rest and after you get up the next morning you MUST do at least 20 push ups & 25 sit ups/crunches. It'll be hard at first, but by the end of this challenge it will be a peace of cake (mmm, cake!).
