So excited to start this challenge! Any ideas on exercises to incorporate along with my high protein diet? I have been dieting or converting to a healthy lifestyle change (26lbs lost so far since the end of Feb 2013) and would like to increase my exercises beyond the treadmill and elliptical machine. Any suggestions?
