Now that this 2-week Induction Challenge is coming to an end, I just wanted to let you all know that I will be creating another Induction Challenge that will begin on January 1st, 2013.
In the meantime, if you would like to get lots of support and motivation, I would recommend joining the "Low Carb Daily Check In" Group.
It's a small, friendly and relaxed Group. Plus, it's a really active Group, and that's one thing that makes it great. We "check in" every day, at least once a day, and talk about our day, good or bad. We also share our experiences, frustrations, victories and set-backs, and generally just encourage each other and give lots of support. We also share tips and recipes

Being a member of the "Low Carb Daily Check In" Group will be one of the "Mini-Challenges" in the new Challenge in January, so becoming a member now would be beneficial to those who are going to take part.
