Do not eat candies, chocolates or anything with high amount of sugar. Do not drink fizzy drinks.

Guidelines:
These things are the main reason you can't get rid of those extra few pounds/kilograms. No sweets in this challenge. It is hard but it pays off.

Guidelines:
You have to have 5 meals a day and for all of them you have to have exact timing. This timing is ideal: breakfast (9:30am), snack (12:00pm), lunch(3:00pm), snack (17:30pm), dinner (any time before 8:00pm)
