hi there every one is doing a good job not drinking soda sometimes i want one especially when people around me are drinking them but i stay strong and get water instead keep up the good work

not a soda drinker
im about the same. it was so hard trying to think of what to drink at the bar last night. ended up with just a wiskey on the rocks

Doing Well
I am doing well so far on the challenge but I am having headaches from lack of caffeine. I know I will get through it though.

No soda today - I even resisted the temptation to stop and get a soda when I was out on my bike. 64 ounces of water for me.
