I think I hate my fat a little bit more. Although it might seem wasteful thats not the intention. I personally hate wasting food so even if just a bite is left behind at least its something and who knows, that bite can add up over time to a lot of calories saved. If you're a pro and can leave behind half your meal then wrap it up and save it for later it could be tomorrow's lunch or something.
Good luck to everyone with this challenge, it's not too difficult of a task and it's only for one week so it shouldn't be hard to succeed.
