I know in my house dessert is a pretty big food group. Every night while watching tv a cup full of ice cream is usually what keeps me company late into the evening. To combat this kind of bad habit try cuting the amount of junk food in half or at least remove some amount that you usually have. Who knows, maybe it can form new good habits.
